A unique form of Bellflower, this features bright golden-yellow leaves and loose clusters of bright-blue flowers. It forms a low, compact mound, ideal for the rock garden or edging, and particularly nice in container gardens. Foliage may remain evergreen in mild winter regions. Prefers a moist, yet well-drained soil, with protection from hot afternoon sun. Easily divided in spring or early autumn. Grows 4-6" x 6-12".
